My Story
Plot twist: I never actually planned to become a photographer.
My journey started with the best kind of sibling chaos – my sister would come home from photography classes practically vibrating with excitement, spilling every new technique and tip she’d learned. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and before I knew it, I was completely hooked on this whole world of capturing moments and creating visual magic.
Here’s the thing about me: I’m a proud self-taught creative chaos agent. While everyone else was following traditional paths, I was down rabbit holes learning everything from fashion styling to interior design, color grading every picture and every video I ever took. This beautiful mess of influences means I approach every shoot with a toolkit that’s part photographer, part stylist, parting of problem-solving – let me tell you about the time my client tasked me with capturing a perfect POV shot straight from the subject’s perspective. Simple enough, right? Wrong—because we had no fancy rig to make it happen. But when life doesn’t hand you a rig, you improvise!
I dug around and found a tiny C-clamp mount (basically the underdog of camera gear). After some tinkering, a flash of inspiration hit—why not turn a backpack into our hero? With some quick MacGyver moves, I strapped the mount onto the backpack using its straps and small brackets. Voilà! Instant DIY chest mount.
The setup looked hilarious, like a camera’s attempt at cosplay a human, but it worked like a charm. We got the shot we wanted, anyways. Moral of the story? Creativity always wins—even if it involves strapping cameras to backpacks!
That’s exactly the energy I bring to every project. I live for those moments when we have to think completely outside the box, when conventional solutions won’t cut it, and when we get to experiment with wild ideas that shouldn’t work but somehow absolutely do. Whether it’s figuring out how to make a concrete parking garage look like a high-fashion runway or turning a creative disaster into your brand’s most appreciated art, I’m here for all of it.
Here’s what working with me actually looks like: You’re not just getting someone who knows their way around a camera (though I definitely do). You’re getting a creative partner who genuinely gets excited about solving your unique challenges, who brings ideas from completely unexpected places, and who thinks the best content happens when we’re willing to get a little weird with it.
I’m the photographer for brands and creatives who want content that actually converts, who aren’t afraid to try something different, and who understand that the most authentic stories come from embracing the beautiful chaos of real creativity. If you’re looking for cookie-cutter, predictable shoots, I’m probably not your person. But if you want to create something that makes people stop scrolling and think “wait, I need to know more about this,” then we should definitely talk.
